Mrs. Caldwell

This is my fourth year teaching, but my first year at Northside
Elementary. Previously, I taught fourth grade. I loved teaching,
but decided to take a break while my family grew and boy did it
grow! It went from two to five!

During my time away from teaching I earned a Master's Degree
in Library and Information Science. I learned a great deal about
children's literature, technology in the classroom, and how to
manage a library. Both my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary
Education and my Master's Degree I earned at the University of
Kentucky.

You may recognize me because I have three children who
attend Northside: Luke (3rd grade), Bryan (1st grade), and MeiLi
(Preschool). I am married to my husband Todd and we have
lived in Midway for eleven years.

I have four sisters, one of which is my twin sister Brenda. We
are the youngest in our big family. I have a great dad, too! I
grew up in the beautiful mountains of Eastern Kentucky.

When I am away from school I enjoy reading, fitness,
scrapbooking, letterboxing, and spending time with my family
and friends.
