Personal Expressive Writing

A memoir is one form of personal expressive writing.  
     Memoirs are focused on the significance of a relationship and are supported by memories of specific experiences.  It may focus on any individual person, place, animal or thing.  The success of the memoir lies in the writer's ability to provide the reader with an understanding of the importance of the relationship.
