ETC is an after school enrichment program offered at each elementary school in Woodford County. The fall program begins when school opens in August and continues until school is scheduled to close in May. The after-school program begins in the afternoon when school is dismissed and continues until 6:00 p.m. On those days when school is dismissed early (half days) the program will be opened early and children may still participate until 6:00 p.m. On certain days when school is not in session or has been cancelled due to inclement weather, the ETC program will operate at one site on a full-day schedule from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Children will bring their own lunch on the full days. A full calendar will be provided at the completion of registration. All children must be 5 years of age to attend ETC.
Rates for the fall ETC program will vary depending on the commitment made to the program. A parent may choose to have their child attend full-time or part-time and the rate will vary accordingly. Full-time students will pay based on a monthly rate schedule and there will be no credits allowed for days when the child does not attend the program. Part-time students will be charged a higher rate.
