Appalachian Culture

This Powerpoint presentation was originally designed to be used with my 5th grade classes as an introduction to a unit on Appalachian drama.  It can be adapted to suit your needs.   You will  have to download the video files separately (if you want them to work), so I have included them as well.  To download, just right click and choose "save target as."  Once it's on your computer, put all of the files in a folder together.  You may have to re-insert the movie clips into your powerpoint, so that the right path is specified.  To do this, first delete the picture of the movie from the Powerpoint page that it is on, then click "insert">"Movies and Sounds">"Movie from File."  Navigate to where you saved the downloaded movie clip and select it.  The movie should play!
